Ultrasuoni (di ultima generazione)
E' una terapia strumentale che utilizza a scopo curativo, vibrazioni acustiche non udibili, prodotte da un generatore di vibrazioni elettriche.

La terapia con onde d'urto o ESWT (Extracorporeal ShockWave Therapy) sfrutta il fenomeno della cavitazione provocato da onde acustiche impercettibili ad elevata intensità per curare patologie ortopediche e neurologiche.
